The next highest was the $301-500,000 bracket, homes in this price range averaged 89 days on the market before being sold, an increase from 78 one year ago.

Homes selling for $751,000 and higher averaged 59 days on the market before being sold, a slight increase from 57 twelve months ago.

Homes in the $201-300,000 range in Frisco, Texas averaged 54 days on the market before selling, an increase from 49 during January 2019.

The $151-200,000 market saw homes averaging 38 days on the market, an increase from 34 this time last year.

Homes in Frisco, Texas that were sold in the $101-150,000 price range sold quickly, averaging 20 days on the market in January 2020, a decrease from 45 days during January 2019.
