There were a total of 184 sales last month, compared to 139 during January 2019, and total sales volume was $83,040,560, which was an increase from $59,550,803 twelve months ago.

Homes in the $301-500,000 price range dominated sales in January 2020, capturing 53.3% of the market, a decrease from 57.8% one year ago.

The $501-750,000 price range totaled 22.8% of all sales, an increase from 14.8% percent in January 2019.

The $201-300,000 market made up for 16.8% of all sales during January 2020, decreasing only slightly from 18.5% one year ago.

Frisco Days on the Market

The average number of days on the market for homes before being sold in January 2020 increased for most price points. Homes in the $501-750,000 price range stayed on the market the longest, averaging 99 days before being sold, a decrease from 143 days last year.

The next highest was the $301-500,000 bracket, homes in this price range averaged 89 days on the market before being sold, an increase from 78 one year ago.

Homes selling for $751,000 and higher averaged 59 days on the market before being sold, a slight increase from 57 twelve months ago.

Homes in the $201-300,000 range in Frisco, Texas averaged 54 days on the market before selling, an increase from 49 during January 2019.

The $151-200,000 market saw homes averaging 38 days on the market, an increase from 34 this time last year.

Homes in Frisco, Texas that were sold in the $101-150,000 price range sold quickly, averaging 20 days on the market in January 2020, a decrease from 45 days during January 2019.

The $501-750,000 price range had sellers averaging 96.2% of list price, this was an increase from 94.1% a year ago.

Homes selling at $751,000 and higher during January 2020 were sold for 97.1% of list price, an increase from 96.6% during January 2019.
