A Look at Frisco Housing Stats

The median sale price for single-family homes in Frisco, Texas ended in February 2021 at $495,000, up from the median of $412,000 the previous February.

The total number of homes sold during February was a lower year to year, 187 versus 213. Total sold volume, however, was higher compared to this time last year, up from $101,513,176 to $107,227,688.

Single-family homes for sale in Frisco priced in the $301-500,000 price range made up for 44% of homes sold during February. Homes priced in the $501-750,000 bracket accounted for 31% of all sales, homes priced $751,000 and higher.

Single-family homes in Frisco, Texas were on the market for an average of 43 days before being sold. Homes priced in the $201-300,000 range stayed on the market 11days in February before being sold, and homes priced in the $501-750,000 bracket were in the market for 29 days before being sold. In all other price markets, homes were on the market 30 days or longer before being sold.

In Frisco during February, sellers were receiving an average of 99% of their list price at closing. Seller’s whose homes were listed in the $301-500,000 price range received 103% of list price at closing, homes listed in the $201-300,000 bracket received 102.4% of list price at closing, and the seller’s in the $501-750,000 range received 101.4% of list price at closing.
